Nice Condo offers a catalog of residential furniture, as well as custom furniture, brand identity services, commercial fixtures, interior build-outs and creative collaborations. With a belief that design should be both stylish and streamlined (but never self-serious) and drawing inspiration from movements like Bauhaus, Brutalism and Memphis, each Nice Condo piece is both au courant and enduring.
Each year Nice Condo takes on number of commission projects, ranging from one-of-a-kind furniture pieces to complete design and millwork packages for restaurants, galleries, and retailers. We work closely with our clients throughout the design process and believe that collaboration yields the greatest results.

Designed for a private residence in Brooklyn, the St. James Armoire stores it all with eight clever compartments and display shelves. Employing elegant Art Deco-inspired lines, it offers joyful pops of color via laminate panels. Doors open to reveal two hang bars and a deep interior shelf and drawer, while top shelves and bottom drawers stash everything else. A hidden door at the side conceals a petite broom closet, while display shelving at the corners lets you arrange belongings too cool to hide.

The definitive coffee table. Conceived in grand scale (74 x 40 x 17 inches), the Duo Coffee Table is both statement-making and envy-inducing. Crafted in solid Black Walnut, it pairs faceted legs with a subtly curved top, allowing the hard planes and soft lines to highlight the material’s natural beauty.

A series of small flatpack tables (4-tops and 2-tops) along with a collection of benches for Brooklyn-based supper club, Din Din. Designed specifically for tight spaces and the need for mobility between pop-up venues, this collection draws inspriation from the Bauhaus as well as more traditionally American elements, such as white oak.

Concept, design, and millwork for experiential retail enironment in Las Vegas, NV. Developed in partnership with Def Lab (Hudson, NY), this immersive retro NASA-themed retail space offers visitors the opportunity to engage both conceptually and physically with the Rocket Fizz brand.

Designed in collaboration with artist Roxanne Jackson for her exhibition, Nature is a Whore at The Hole Gallery in NYC. The design draws from a wide range of inspirations, from the living room conversation pits of the 1970s to the famed Jungle Room at Elvis’ Graceland.
